INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by in the execution of the activities requested by the user and the legal basis of the processing is constituted by the consent expressed by the user, as well as the legitimate interest of the owner.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of guaranteeing the correct functioning of the services offered. The navigation data does not persist for more than seven days (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authorities).
Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Easycare Foundation, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms present on the Easycare Foundation sites, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact details, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications. Specific information will be published on the pages of the sites set up for interactions with the Foundation or for participation in specific initiatives. Cookies and other tracking systems Cookies are not used for user profiling. The configuration adopted, in order to exclude processing of identification data, collects the following information:
  • The IP address, which is automatically deleted after 7 days
  • The browser type

Technical session cookies (non-persistent) are used, strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the sites. Information on the processing of personal data carried out through the Social Media platforms used For the processing of personal data carried out by the managers of the Social Media platforms used by the Foundation, please refer to the information provided by them through their respective privacy policies. The Foundation processes the personal data provided by users through the pages of its Social Media platforms, within the scope of its purposes, exclusively to inform and to manage interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance its purpose and current legislation.
DATA RECIPIENTS
The personal data collected is also processed by the personnel of the Foundation and by the appointed external managers, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided in relation to the purposes and methods of the processing itself. The list of External Managers can be provided upon request to the contact addresses of the Foundation.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Foundation, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the treatment (articles 15 and following of the regulation). RIGHT TO COMPLAINT
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
